As an Owner’s Representative, we lead clients through the issues involved in today’s complex construction environment. Instead of a maze, we turn the experience into a clear, simple process.

We will help you:

• Ensure the vision and goals for your new construction project are met

• Assist with the development of pre bid plans and scope of work, evaluate bids, manage your budget, ensure timelines are met and all quality and safety guidelines are adhered to

• Facilitate coordination between the architect, engineer, and contractor(s) to ensure your vision is delivered

In addition, Greenworks4U recognizes the need to be better stewards of our natural resources and we are prepared to assist you in partnering with many others who wish to build “Green.” Our firm is a member of USGBC and is well versed in the “LEEDS” certification process.
